Currently, we looking for a salon manager and business development Executive for two branches based in Blackburn. Must be able to speak basic English. Must know how to work in a professional environment and busy Salons.

1. Business Development Executive

Full-time job, the salary will be between £26,000 to £27,000. Duties include Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Must have skills Negotiation & Persuasion skills, Collaboration Skills, Project Management Skills, Business Intelligence.

2. Salon Manager

Full-time job, the salary will be between £25,000 to £26,200. Must have Organizational skills Expertise in facials, cutting and colouring hair, and performing manicures and other services. Effective communication skills to interact with the staff and customers. Need to have basic knowledge of accounting to track purchasing records. Duties include Developing and implementing business strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, including scheduling appointments, managing staff, and maintaining inventory. Train and develop staff to ensure they provide high-quality services to the customers. Act as a liaison between management and staff, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Ensure that the salon is operating in accordance with all relevant laws, regulations, and health and safety standards.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
